Access to a single trade show's complete exhibitor list starts at $49. Pricing scales with the number of exhibitors and the event's profile. Individual company profiles can also be purchased separately if you only need contacts for one or a few exhibitors. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

What data do I get when I purchase an exhibitor list?

Each purchase includes the complete verified exhibitor list as a downloadable XLSX or CSV file. For each exhibitor you receive: company name, website, description, physical address, product categories, founded year, and decision-maker contacts (full name, job title, seniority level, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL). Social media links (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) are included where available.

How is the contact data verified?

How often is the database updated?

How do I download the exhibitor data?

After purchasing access to a trade show, log in to your TruLista dashboard and click the Downloads tab. The complete exhibitor list is available as XLSX (Excel) or CSV and imports cleanly into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, and other CRM or sales engagement platforms.

Can I filter or search within an exhibitor list?

Yes. On each trade show page you can filter exhibitors by country, product category, and keyword. The downloaded file contains all the metadata, so you can also filter or pivot in Excel / Google Sheets by any column after download.
