How much does it cost to access an exhibitor list?
Access to a single trade show's complete exhibitor list starts at $49. Pricing scales with the number of exhibitors and the event's profile. Individual company profiles can also be purchased separately if you only need contacts for one or a few exhibitors. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What data do I get when I purchase an exhibitor list?
Each purchase includes the complete verified exhibitor list as a downloadable XLSX or CSV file. For each exhibitor you receive: company name, website, description, physical address, product categories, founded year, and decision-maker contacts (full name, job title, seniority level, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL). Social media links (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) are included where available.
How is the contact data verified?
TruLista cross-verifies contact data against multiple independent B2B sources and public records. Each record is refreshed on a rolling basis. The platform maintains a 94% accuracy target on decision-maker emails, with continuous re-verification to retire stale contacts and surface new ones.
How often is the database updated?
The database updates continuously. New exhibitors, enriched contacts, and newly discovered social profiles flow in automatically. When you purchase a trade show subscription you receive 12 months of updates — every new exhibitor and every data enrichment for that event is pushed to your download automatically.

Is the data GDPR compliant?
Contact data on TruLista is collected from publicly available sources and aggregated in line with legitimate business-to-business outreach. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their outreach campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and any other applicable regulations in their target regions. We recommend including an unsubscribe mechanism in all B2B email campaigns.
How do I download the exhibitor data?
After purchasing access to a trade show, log in to your TruLista dashboard and click the Downloads tab. The complete exhibitor list is available as XLSX (Excel) or CSV and imports cleanly into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, and other CRM or sales engagement platforms.
Can I filter or search within an exhibitor list?
Yes. On each trade show page you can filter exhibitors by country, product category, and keyword. The downloaded file contains all the metadata, so you can also filter or pivot in Excel / Google Sheets by any column after download.
Does TruLista cover upcoming events or only past events?
Both. The directory includes upcoming trade shows so you can prepare outreach before the event, and past events so you can reach companies that have a demonstrated history of exhibiting in your industry. Each event page shows the next edition's dates when confirmed.
Is there a subscription plan for unlimited access?
